On a home finding assignment, our consultants will make a pre-selection of suitable homes for you. After discussing the possibilities with you, they will view several of the options with you. Prior to this, we’d kindly request you to fill out a check list. Using this check list, your preferences and budget possibilities will be mapped out. Strategic alliances with renowned realtors allow us to arrange viewings with reliable third parties.
Once you have selected a house, it is important to realize that drafting the lease contract follows automatically, within a week after acceptance.
Upon signing the lease, you should be aware of the following expenses:
- Cheque(s) required at the value of one year’s rental fees.
- Realtor’s commission of at least 5% of yearly rental fee.
- Deposit of 5.000 Dirham or more until the lease has been signed.
